About Me

My photo
Arianna Gaesswitz
I am originally from Texas, but now live in the Ozark Mountains. I am a VariYoga instructor and love every minute of sharing yoga with people of all sorts. This blog is for those who would like to learn more about how yoga can keep your body healthy, so we can enjoy life more fully. This blog will have education of yoga asana and philosophy. Most poses will be accessible for everyone and I will include a sprinkling of challenge pose. By keeping our bodies and mind strong, flexible, and healthy we are respecting the temple that has been given to us-our bodies! So take some time out of your busy day to breath, stretch, and relax. Namaste- The light in me respects the light in you.
